Denver Film Festival is insanely great (I was going to say dope but that's maybe too close to the mark). Lots of dancing on tables! weirdly!! everyone is in a great mood, there are tons of people, the selection is great, they put filmmakers up and drive you around to tons of parties and screenings. Louis CK came to a party and hung out all night last time I was there (when I didn't know who he was so obv chatted to him for ages and am in retrospect star struck). This is also dorky but they have the short filmmakers walk down the red carpet and get interviewed and it's really fun.
Denver is probably the #1 festival I recommend to friends. It's just great. I am missing it O NO! because I have other commitments but I am def sad about this.
